BRVGS 11th graders attend CBIC Tech Tour 2016!

CBIC’s annual Tech Tour is a day-long event that introduces area middle and high school students to our region’s technology companies and exposes students to the diverse career possibilities offered by our regional technology community.
The program is designed to help youth envision themselves as technology innovators. Nearly 100% volunteer driven, each annual tour organizes upwards of 400 area middle and high school students who visit more than 70 technology related companies and organizations in a single day!
A majority of our BRVGS juniors attended this popular event on October 11, 2016, and came away with inspiration and ideas for their own senior internships, college studies, and even career possibilities.
And new for us this year, Isaac McSherry from William Monroe High School, who attended the Tech Tour as a student last year, worked with MITRE this past year for his senior internship and was involved in presenting at the Tech Tour. Congratulations, Isaac, on that amazing opportunity!
