BRVGS Community Invited to Attend Q&A with Ambassador of Vietnam to the United States

On Tuesday, April 11, the Global Perspectives on Democracy program at the UVA Center for Politics will host Nguyen Quoc Dzung, Ambassador of Vietnam to the United States, as a part of their Ambassador Series. The event is free, open to the public, and will take place from 6:30-7:30pm at UVA’s Minor Hall Room 125.

Ambassador Dzung will speak on the relationship between Vietnam and the U.S. and issues impacting Vietnam and the region. Daman Irby, Director of Global Initiatives at the UVA Center for Politics, will welcome all guests and University Professor Emeritus Harry Harding will serve as moderator for the audience Q&A.

Often these events are during school hours or shortly afterwards which make it difficult for high school students to attend, this one would be a great opportunity for BRVGS students and their families.
