As part of her senior internship experience for the Blue Ridge Virtual Governor's School, Orange County High School student Corrine Marr is helping to organize the The SmileS Adaptive Carnival at Lake of the Woods in Orange County this summer on Sunday, July 9th, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
The SMILES Carnival will be a day on the water open to all children and adults who are differently-abled. There will be carnival games, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, tubing, pontoon rides, and of course adaptive waterskiing. Lunch, snacks, and goodie bags will be provided free of charge. Feel free to bring friends and family to enjoy the day with us! All events are open to everyone except adaptive waterskiing, which is limited to participants only.
