BRVGS will hold 3 separate in-person, outdoor Summer “Fun On The Field” Events this summer for students. The events will each run from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and will be held at schools or parks in several BRVGS districts. The Summer Events will provide BRVGS students with the opportunity to spend time and share BRVGS information with other students from various grades and schools, with problem-solving competitions, sports activities, as well as open mic performances, arts and crafts, and of course, fun foods. We also will recognize all 2021 graduates who attend. The dates and locations for the BRVGS “Fun On The Field” Summer Event are:
Monday, June 21st at Goochland High School Football Stadium area
Thursday, July 15th in Veteran's Park in Orange (behind Orange Elementary School)
Wednesday, July 21st at Fluvanna High School athletic fields
Again, all events will run from 10:00 - 2:00. Students may only attend 1 of the Summer Events. Because this is a school event for which parent permission is required to attend, students will not be able to sign themselves directly - parents must sign their child up for the BRVGS Summer Event.
